Safety Notice:

• Keep ALL firearms in your vehicle until after the safety briefing and you are instructed to bring them to the firing line.
• No illegal firearms are allowed.
• At centerfire-friendly ranges, rifle cartridges are limited to 8mm (rifle) or .45 caliber (pistol and pistol caliber carbines).
• Effective 2021, The Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 rifle can again now be used at Project Appleseed clinics. For more details, see: How to Prepare.
• Parents of youth attending, please read our Message to Parents.

Subject to state and local laws, Instructors at your event may have discounted .22 ammo available. Reach out to the contact at the bottom of this page for availability.

Range Fee:

$10 Adult $7 youth per day.

Camping Available:

The Complex offers scenic camping areas as well as standard sites with electric, water and sewer. Available April through November 1. Camping must be scheduled in advance through IDNR. https://dnr.illinois.gov/recreation/wsrc/campingwsrc.html.
