Misc:

Please be aware that an e-mail will be sent out to students on the Friday before the event. It will contain information important for the weekend.

For the normal 2-day Appleseed events we will shoot at 25 meters both days. Bring a .22 rimfire or centerfire rifle, 400-500 rounds, and at least 2 or more magazines. A .22 rimfire is best since you can gain valuable marksmanship skills without using up your expensive centerfire ammo.

For the KD (Known Distance) events we will shoot out to 400 yards both days. You will need to bring a centerfire rifle, 400-500 rounds, and at least 2 or more magazines.

BLGC is a cold range. No Tracer, AP, or incendiary ammo allowed (fire hazard, hard on steel targets). Attracts a magnet is OK. Please leave your rifles in the car until asked to bring them to the firing line. Please, no handguns (concealed or open) on the firing line. Bring layered clothing, a windbreaker, and lightweight gloves, eye protection and hearing protection. Weather could range from warm and sunny to cold.
