Please help me thank Mike, aka neckburn, for stepping into the role of Deputy State Coordinator for Minnesota.  I have had the pleasure of being there when he earned his forum name and many of the Appleseed steps to get him to being a Shoot Boss.  I really appreciate his steadiness, strong desire to get better each and every time, and his even keeled approach.  I think he'll make an excellent SC one day. 

Thank you for picking up a bigger bucket.  I look forward to working with you on the Appleseed trail.
