After hanging around Appleseed 12 years, this is a first time seeing this. Check out picture.
3 alarm list aged instructors at one event who are seeing their "check engine light" warnings occasionally coming on. 🙃😆 As a state with traditionally high senior populations and as such quite a few "alarm list" instructors, we need to recruit more younger IITs for longevity of the program. ðŸ'ðŸ˜‰ Everyone knows it takes a while to develop red hats and above.

You are correct, we need some younger instructors, but that being said, our A-Listers are those who have the experience, knowledge and persistence to make it happen!

Wow now there is a post I can't agree with more. We need more orange hats and Red hats and yes Green Hats. Last year Florida hosted the largest number of shooters of any state in the country and hopefully we can increase those numbers next year.  Cant do that without great people of all ages.

Yes! Together we are a stronger team. Really enjoyed reading all the replies.
It might just be that 3 A-listers with canes also imparted a sense of importance of the event to the students.
