We had another rewarding and productive Appleseed weekend at the Fernan Rod & Gun Club in Coeur d'Alene.   After a bit of a slow start sorting out some equipment issues, we kept up a brisk pace of instruction in rifle marksmanship and history, for two very long, full days.

Despite the heat, everyone remained in good spirits and kept up the pace, hydrating often and sitting out when necessary.  We observed substantial improvement through the weekend, and had the privilege of awarding qualification patches to two new Riflemen and one re-qualifying Riflewoman.  Congratulations to Mark, Ryan, and Emily!

Thanks to everyone who helped make this event a safe and successful one.
