I've been watching a 2 part documentary by Ken Burns about Ben Franklin. It pretty good and fits with what we do. I highly recommend viewing.

Yes, I saw it and highly recommend it. Coming from PBS, I was afraid it was going to be politically biased, but it was actually pretty good.
I recorded it so I can watch it again. I'm going to make a list of questions for a test so the grandchildren can watch it and answer them along the way.
That way on a rainy day they will learn something and not spend all day on their Play Stations.
The constant threats against our Country and our Liberties make me worry about my Grandchildren's future. This has made me realize that I don't have time to wait on my work schedule to slow down or my knees to get any better. So I'm back, ready and willing again, to do what I can because "I will NOT allow Liberty to die on my watch".

It's excellent. Binge watched all four hours in one sitting. Ken Burns at the top of his game. They did a great job of leveraging artistic illustrations to make up for the absence of archival photography. It was entertaining and I learned many interesting anecdotes that  I didn't know and might leverage at Appleseed. It was a Fair and unflinching portrayal of a fascinating man and circumstances.
