New Yorkers, interested in the Anniversary shoot?
« on: March 28, 2019, 01:59:41 PM »
There's been mention of no events in New York this spring, this is unfortunate but a hopefully short term problem. As things get better for the SB crew we hope they can proceed with events this summer.

That said there is a shoot on the books in NW Ct, in Colebrook. https://appleseedinfo.org/location/?locationid=27&eventid=6678

Colebrook is 1.5 hrs from Albany, 2.3 hrs from both Port Jervis and the Bronx. The range has 30 positions, covered and lunch will be available both days.

Ct has it's own firearms regs, they are similar to yours but check the laws on the info page. 22 and centerfire rifles are welcome.

Any questions you can message me here or CT@appleseedinfo.org.

 A Rifleman persists.

We still have space available on the firing line at Colebrook, don't let a few clouds hamper your chance this weekend.

There will be shoots at Slippery Rock Sportsman's Club just down I-79 in Pennsylvania.  There will also be a KD in the same area this summer.
Last evening, it occurred to me that when a defender of Liberty is called home, their load lands upon the shoulders of the defenders left behind. Just as the Founders did their duty for Liberty, every subsequent generation must continue their work lest Liberty perish. As there is no way for the remaining adults to take on the work of those that die, we must pass the ideals and duties on to the children. -PHenery
