The weather was cold but the forge was hot. 5 new Riflemen! Alas, not quite cold enough for winterseed patches but darn chilly.

Lydia, shot a 98pt stage 4  but struggled to get all of her rounds down range on stage 2 & 3 so the patch eluded her this time. A few degrees warmer and a little more transition practice and that patch will be yours.

Laura, thanks for bringing your girls. You all were a pleasure to work with and there was vast improvement in all of your groups.

Jimmy, thanks for stepping up. Congratulations on your Rifleman scores. I hope you decide to brighten up the color of your hat to a nice orange O0

Well done shooters. I hope to see you all next month at KD and going forward on the trail.

Huzzah to the new Riflemen and the persistent shooters that braved the cold. 50% Rifleman ratio!!! Excellent instruction no doubt.

Kenjo it was great to have you back on the line and see you in your red hat.

Lydia you were so close to earning that patch. A little dry practice for transitions and you will break on through.

Jimmy thanks for stepping up. I agree with Kimber's comment on hat color. When you're ready....we can swap it out for an orange one.

Laura, Natalie and Rebekah it was a pleasure to meet you all. I look forward to seeing you (and the rest of your family) at another event.
