Chadron Appleseed

Another season winds down for the Cornhusker state!!  Just a note to thank Mike Nollett for making the trip out west to help me at the second annual shoot here in Chadron, and to congratulate him for moving up in the instructor ranks.  Mike completed the PC by presenting the third strike and doing a very good, well received talk.  We had 16 shooters during the weekend, qualified one new rifleman and had one requal who attended the shoot earlier in June at Mitchell.  I felt the shoot was very successful and I certainly appreciated the help from instructors from Wyoming and South Dakota.  Because it is a job to get people to fall out for shoots when the weather is nice, I doubt the attempt to try a Winterseed would be successful?  So, will try to motivate more sleeping Americans next spring and summer!!!!!!!!

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them,  and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.
