What an Awesome weekend for Appleseed!
First of All,
A Big Thank You to Kalicoontie Rod and Gun Club, for hosting their first Appleseed of 2014

And Thanks to Joe, the club President who provided Hot Lunch including a BBQ half chicken, hot coffee and snacks.

Temperatures hovered around 30 all weekend, with 10 mph winds Plus....a brief bout of snow flurries and there you are A WinterSeed.
My Instructor Team really made this event GREAT, which was my first event as a new ShootBoss

Thank You, Another DOM, Smurf, and Dude

The Shooters were GREAT too, everyone was enthusiastic, listening to The History and the Demonstrations. Everyone was eager to keep going despite the cold and wind.
The wind became more than an annoyance, when on Saturday it began knocking over the backers during an AQT, but again the shooters took it in stride.
Father and Son , Hank and Frank showed considerable improvement, Frank stayed right along side his dad, despite the cold and wind.

Mike an Appleseed Regular drove about 90 minutes from home to continue, his journey to Rifleman

, you are knocking at the door!
Jim, one of co-workers, came to his first Appleseed, with hopes of improving his marksmanship skills. Jims already planning for his next event!

Congratulations to our Rifleman
