Ladies - I Need Your Help

Ladies,

I have some Ladyseeds coming up toward the end of summer that I would like to fill the lines.  They are already getting some traction from some of last year's Ladyseed veterans signing up, but I'd like to see some new ladies on the line this year.  In fact I would kind of like to have to schedule another one because of popular demand, but I need your help...

What I'd like to do is send some press releases specifically targeting women.  These don't have to be women shooters, but women who might have a remote interest in learning how to shoot.  What are some female-centric organizations that I could send my press releases to?  What should I include in my press release that might appeal to women and get them interested in going to a Ladyseed?

Getting more female shooters is a great thing for Project Appleseed. :~

Please post replies and let me know your thoughts.  I would like to help others get more ladies on their Ladyseed lines as well.

You could always try homeschool groups too.

Are these the types of places you are looking for? If so I could spend some time looking about. One thing I have found is many of my Re-enactor friends are very busy with Civil War participation this year. Those are the Ladies I have brought in the past.

Hey Shadowman,

While you're at it can you check out the ladyseed page for me (link below) to make sure your shoots are listed? I'd automated this just a few days ago and while I did test it I'd like to make sure all Ladyseeds are being listed. Please take a look and make sure yours are listed.

Thanks.

Fixed. The schedule database was missing the text 'Ladies Only' or 'Ladyseed' for the shoot so it didn't display. If anybody else is having a Ladyseed please check the schedule using the link below and let me know if there are any problems.

Don't see this on the schedule yet. Let's keep an eye on it though to make sure it gets onto the Ladyseed page once all the paperwork is completed.

Shadowman --

Do you already have a Press Release for Ladyseeds? If so, I'd like to borrow it so I can promote the upcoming Ladyseed in CT. We're still short 19 slots out of 30, and I'd like to hit some local papers. Thanks.

Shadowman,

Are you able to include a picture in the PRs?

Here's a couple photos I think would be good.
