Well Buzz, it's about darn time!  You've been running around from shoot to shoot, all instructing and stuff..  Even on occasion, running a shoot when no SB was available.  And now, about 2 years later you finally get that Green hat!  What's the deal man? ::)

Yeah, yeah, I know.  All those shoots over the last year have made you an excellent instructor and an asset to Minnesota and our Nation. 

Seriously, thank you for your steadfast dedication and sacrifice to the cause of liberty. 
That Green Hat is well deserved and, I'm certain, will be put to good use.
