ANJRPC pursuing lawsuit to overturn One Gun A Month Law in NJ ...

Another organization here in NJ, Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs (the NRA affiliate for NJ) has filed a lawsuit to overturn the recently passed "One Gun a Month" law in NJ.  Many private citizens are supporting this effort, as well as other organizations, such as the New Jersey Coalition for Self Defense (www.njcsd.org), of which I am the Executive Director.

It's important, especially at this time, for every person and organization that is so inclined to file a lawsuit to help overturn the burdensome anti-gun laws in our states and at the federal level.  Now is the time to BURY the opposition with lawsuits.  Let's make them spend all their time and money defending against our assault (I love that word) on their long-time efforts to deprive us of our natural rights.
