We just added a Pistol Rebluing IBC to the schedule for August 22-23, 2026. This is an amazing opportunity to get updated on the new Pistol COF, and program improvements.

Smoked on a actual wood fired smoker, only using the best of fruit woods available in New Mexico...  OK I bought the wood from Amazon.
