First, a shout out to the stars of the weekend: the instructors and IITs who came out to practice and refine their craft.

We took some time to introduce ourselves, then got down to business.  A couple folks have been out of the game for some time, and some and brand new. We had the full spectrum and everybody was ready to learn and work.

My heartfelt gratitude to the Arizona cadre and the visiting instructors from NM and CA for giving their all and being open to some things that may have been new to them.  They were an amazing group to work with and make this traveler feel welcome.

They go back to their home ranges stronger instructors. They were already great Appleseeders.

Thank you so much for the time and patience with all of us. It was truly like drinking from a firehose. I learned a lot, especially the "why" behind certain lessons, the sequence of instruction, and so much more!

I wouldn't have missed it for the world, guys. You all were so great, it was a genuine pleasure to work with you.
