Between the War of Northern Agression and the Revolutionary War, most of SC has seen a battle at some point or another.

Not surprising about this one.  I have a friend in construction down near this area and his stories of doing construction down in that area involve the occasional discovery of things like musket/cannonballs.

After hurricanes it is normal to find cannonballs on the beaches here.   ;D

This is truly interesting.  I have walked many of the battlefields in SC but had missed this one.  I will have to "walk" it virtually since it is on private property.
