Maxwell completed his SBIT 3 this weekend in Custer, WA.

Adam has shown a commitment to the program, his own learning as a marksman and being a better instructor. It's my honor to promote him to SB.

Thanks, all. It's been a pleasure to work with the PNW Appleseed cadre! Hopefully this relieves some of the pressure on our SBs who have been driving half a day (or more) to work shoots up north, but they've set a high bar for organization and enthusiasm for the mission. I look forward to the challenge, starting with "how the heck do I fit all this shoot box stuff in my garage?"
