We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

It was another successful Appleseed at the Wabash range!  We had 15 shooters join us this weekend for heritage and marksmanship.  We had a great mix of brand-new shooters and experienced Appleseeders, and all did well.  Eric earned the title of new Rifleman for the weekend, while Scott, Kurt, and David all proved that they still know what they're about.  There were lots of shooters who were close in the 180s-190s...Jake, Missy, Melissa, Kathy...and lots of new shooters who made huge improvements - as in moving up from 50s to160s!  It is always a pleasure, and thank you all for coming out.

Pictures?  Who's got 'em?   :cool2:

Someone must have some pictures.....

We saw lots of continual improvement through both days.  Lots of skills picked up, lots of history learned, and best of all lots of smiles.

"In 1775, to protect Liberty a man had to knock on his neighbor's door and ask "will you come die with me?"  In 2012, to protect Liberty a man has to knock on his neighbor's door and ask "will you come vote/attend a public meeting/work at a poll with me?"  Jason Russell, and men and women like him, are the reason have a easier task in 2012. The question is, are we up to it?" - YHJ

I'd just like to point out that Brantley has been a joy to have attend our shoots at the Wabash range.  Brantley loves the outdoors and really enjoys supporting his family and everyone there.  He is truly deserving of the young patriot patch, especially after attending his 4th appleseed!
