Marriottsville, MD AAR 25M Rifle Feb 28 - Mar 7-8, 2026

The weekend started off with gloomy weather, yet 7 shooters brought their bright smiles to the line. We were joined by OldDominionIron from VA to help Phoebe out so she wasn't a lone wolf. We had one shooter clear the red coat out the gate. Once everyone got their shooting legs under them, we were off and running with some instruction and groups shrunk rapidly. ODI told a great first strike at lunch. We continued through the afternoon with more instruction and two repeat riflemen after a couple AQTs ending with the traditional red coat.

Sunday brought some sunny weather and Lycos joined the instructor line. We shook things up with some carding the sites, Dave did a KD block and Lycos shared the other 2 strikes around lunch. After lunch in between AQTs, we did Parker's Revenge and ended the day with the red coat. Everyone got some great coaching and improved throughout the day producing 1 more new rifleman and another cleared red coat! Super fun weekend and we look forward to doing it again soon.
