Gus

Greetings!  I have a question for you regarding the IBC in June.

I'm going to be in the Black Hills of SD this summer volunteering at a fish hatchery in Spearfish. Camping in the RV and Volunteering at state parks, campgrounds and such is what my wife and I like to do (in addition to working Project Appleseed events) in the summers.

I don't yet know my work schedule at the hatchery but I will have three days off during the IBC week. I can drive to Laramie and at least spend a couple of days with you all.

Here's my question(s): What's the best way to go about figuring out a 2-3 day block of time with you in Laramie? Can I attend a couple of days of the IBC during the week or would it be best to work the 25 meter event on the weekend? Or, perhaps a combination of the last day of IBC and first day of the 25 meter event?

Please let me know and I will make my work schedule at the hatchery correspond with some time at the range with you all.
