Unsolicited Review: 25m Appleseed Clinic: Albuquerque, NM: 16-17 NOV 24

My name is Chris, and I participated in an excellent (my/our first) Appleseed 25m rifle clinic on the Albuquerque "CABQ" range on 16-17 NOV 24 with my three young daughters (ages 12, 10, and 7).

The event was led by Scott, and instruction assistance was provided by Tom, Jon, and Lorelai.

This was a first introduction to formal shooting instruction for my daughters (though they had been trained in safety fundamentals and firearm handling prior to arriving).

The instructors were patient, instruction was understandable and deliberate, and all blocks were informative and thorough. Even though the field of students was varied in skill, the outstanding instructors catered to each participant, improving and refining those with established skills, and taking the time necessary with novices that required degrees of more one-on-one instruction, where necessary.

The 25m rifle clinic was very efficiently run, and was a phenomenal experience for my daughters and me, alike. The amount of skill, confidence, and ability growth I witnessed in my daughters within the 16-hour block of instruction was remarkable. This is testimony not only to the structure and pedagogy of the effective Appleseed coursework, but also owes to the talent and charisma of the instructors, who I had the pleasure to learn from.

I cannot praise the Appleseed organization enough, based on this event- though credit is due to the excellent instructors, who serve as outstanding ambassadors of the organization.

Thank you for providing such a positive event for my family and me- We certainly made excellent memories of an ultra-fun and developmental clinic, and I am grateful for the incredible American volunteers who made it possible.
