Our last shoot of the year started with a cold a windy Saturday.
Along with some local students, we had a couple border raiders from Utah attend the event.

Despite or perhaps due to the cold, the day progressed quickly.
Our rifleman from Utah, Greg, showed us an impressive display of marksmanship with a score of 240 on iron sights!

Sunday proved to be warmer as the wind died down. Unfortunately, a local hive of bees also seemed to enjoy the weather and swarmed around our shooters in the morning.
Fortunately, our intrepid shoot boss setup a Gatorade flower for the bees to occupy themselves and leave the shooters alone for the most part.

Our other border raider, Bryan, shot his first score on Sunday at his first Appleseed!
Scores improved throughout the weekend and personal highs were had as we churned through AQTs.
An excellent group of students made the weekend go quickly and smoothly.
