I go on walks almost daily and often listen to audio books. I just finished a really good one that was actually up on YouTube for free and I think up everyone's alley here. The book is an autobiography of an actual Revolutionary War soldier. It isn't about some high-ranking officer, just an average soldier. And it is really neat to hear it from that perspective. You may tell from the title that the trials and tribulations they went through were truly harrowing and can not be over-exaggerated. Links below.

Thanks. First person narrative from somebody in the trenches is best to me.
