Thanks mmirate. Prescott is the SOS I was looking for. I had 50 I ordered years ago from someone on the Forum but I couldn't remember who. At a pistol clinic last year someone "kindly" mixed mine up with theirs. I'm not happy with the difference. I'll be sending another order for 50.

The Pachmayr snap caps are made from impact copolymer polypropylene and are prone to breaking in cold weather.

My snap caps use a proprietary blend of space age thermoplastic elastomeric resins and are guaranteed not to break.   I did extensive testing with all the .22s I could get my hands on and found a blend that would stand up to every rifle's firing pin impact.
