What an awesome group of women!!!!  I loved the enthusiasm and warmth from all of you. Thank you all for being the wonderful people that you are.  I learned from each of you. The pace of the event was relaxed, we were able to cover some information not normally talked about in Appleseed. We met all of the standard objectives and managed to work in some information that seemed helpful to many of you such as parts of a firearm. It was hot and you all persevered. I am so looking forward to working with all of you in future events.  Notice that I assume that you are coming to another event! We saw improvement in our shooters. There are a couple of folks that are flirting with the Rifleman score. I encourage to continue.  I encourage you to take Orange hats if you have the time. I was especially pleased that we had a couple of you that are interested in having LS/AS events at your local ranges.  We can accommodate. Contact BrotherPilot or the Virginia State Coordinator to get on the calendar and work out details. Or you can contact me and I will pass the information on to him. Don't forget that we have Pistol training too. I smile as I think of the weekend. Thank you. I hope you use this thread to keep in touch with each other. I am so happy I made the drive to attend this Appleseed! It was a great event filled with excellent instruction and wonderful participants.

I enjoy hearing the history from different instructors since each has a slightly different delivery. And I'll be back to add the VA patch to my State Red Coat patch collection 😁

I'm looking forward to Culpeper (June 15) already!!

As usual, I had a blast, haha, quite a few blasts in a couple days of shooting fun at our Ladyseed. It was great meeting all the ladies and sharing our interest in shooting. Loved hearing more about our history in Lexington and Concord as well. I appreciate our volunteers that teach and assist us, because without you, this wouldn't be possible.  I hope you all will keep in touch because I just made a bunch of new friends! And KT, end of September might be cooler for that Appleseed in Charlottesville. Cooler=better groups and NPOA on that Oreo I couldn't hit! But next time, next time I tell ya, the elusive Rifleman Patch and Red Coat Patch will be mine! BWAHAHAHAH!
