I'm contemplating getting some made based on the 3rd NY Regiment.  See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3rd_New_York_Regiment

Their flag:



During my research, I came across this note: "The flag has been saved and is found in the Albany Institute of History and Art. It is the only regimental flag of New York that has been preserved to the present."
