Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great satisfaction that I present to you Project Appleseed's newest full red hat instructor - Helaman!

Helaman came out in cold (for Texas) and rainy weather to do just about every point of instruction there is at an event.  He even had the foresight to bribe encourage everyone by bringing a delicious breakfast pastry from a little shop that the shoot boss was previously unaware of  **)

In true Project Appleseed style, that orange hat should never be worn again and was therefore retired in style.  You know - I've never seen a hat fly off a backer into the air before? The shoot boss was very pleased to see the entire line wait until it was safely landed before continuing the retirement ceremony  :---

Congratulations Helaman!!!!!

I could tell from my visit up to Waco for the event in May, you had the passion and persistency to become an Instructor.  The Texas Cadre is extremely lucky to have a person such as yourself amongst its rank!!!! 

Congratulations once again.  I look forward to working with you at a few future events.
