We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

This morning I traveled to Williamston,NC to speak with the Williamston Chapter of Armed Women of America(AWA) about the potential of holding events there. Arrived there in time to watch the end of the group's first class of the morning, which was a Ju Jitsu demonstration!
Impressive indeed, with the AWA members participating.
This group of ladies have strong feelings for our 2nd Amendment and the Right to self defense. After explaining Project Appleseed's Mission and Goals, the Sacrifices that were made on our behalf by our ForeFathers, and the Ladies that played a part in our Revolutionary War, we had an excellent Question & Answer Section. Ms. Katherine Bell, the Group's leader took me to the Martin Co. Law Enforcement Training Center where the Range is Located to make sure it was sufficient for an Appleseed Event. Indeed it is!! EMailing her an Appleseed Host Agreement. Looking forward to working with this group of Ladies!

Well done, sir!  Keep working on expanding that NC footprint!

Great news for me is that it's 30 minutes closer to me than Greenville!

BTW, for my Hampton Roads peeps...it's just as close as Mechanicsville!
"5 minutes for this stage - that's like a week in people years!"

"Responsibility is a unique concept... You may share it with others, but your portion is not diminished. You may delegate it, but it is still with you... If responsibility is rightfully yours, no evasion, or ignorance or passing the blame can shift the burden to someone else. Unless you can point your finger at the man who is responsible when something goes wrong, then you have never had anyone really responsible."
― Hyman G. Rickover

"Scoring is a function of great execution, and winning Is the result, but thinking about winning can pull your focus off of proper execution in a competition. Thinking about process is the answer."- Lanny Bassham
