I believe this will mean nationwide shall-issue permitting.

It'll be interesting to see how the may-issue states respond.

They may have few tools.  Page 15 of the opinion:

We reiterate that the standard for applyingthe Second Amendment is as follows:
When the Second  Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. The gov-ernment must then justify its regulation by demonstratingthat it is consistent with the Nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. Only then may a court conclude thatthe individual's conduct falls outside the Second Amend-ment's "unqualified command."

I'm liberty-giddy right now.  :)

  • It's all for nothing if you don't have freedom.

A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun.
While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind.
Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind.
Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks. ~ Thomas Jefferson
When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty. ~ Thomas Jefferson
