Bob210 always has a very in-depth part of the morning safety briefing where he goes over Squibs, Hang-fires, and Case-head separations.

Here's a video long time gun review channel Gunblast.com where they experienced a squib on-camera and the aftermath.  Pay attention!  These guys have a collective probably 100 years of shooting experience between them and perhaps familiarity lead to complacency.  Fortunately these are exceptionally rare, and if shooting a 22LR not likely to be catastrophic.
