What a beautiful weekend it was for an Appleseed!  We had 4 shooters in attendance as well as 2 gentlemen who had stopped by to observe for a bit on Saturday morning.  To our surprise, one of our observers came back!!  He liked what he had seen enough that he wanted to join us!!  All of our shooters this weekend was new to Appleseed, and thanks so much to each of you for attending.  Everyone participated and seemed interested in all history presentations as well as the instruction for shooting.  We moved at a little slower pace on Saturday and didn't get to the AQT, however lots of progress was made, and everyone had good groups by the end of they day.  On Sunday, all of our shooters were able to return.  Everyone continued to demonstrate the progress made by having improved shooting on the redcoat targets!  And by the end of the day Sunday we had 2 new Rifleman!  Congratulations to Johnny and Brian!!  All of our other shooters were making steady progress and we were seeing other AQT scores in the 190's.  I hope all our shooters will continue to practice and return to a later event.
