Please join me in welcoming Washington's newest Instructor In Training, ctorg!  He has shown himself to be an excellent instructor through numerous events where he attended as a shooter and helping other attendees around him.  I will never forget the first time I instructed an event with ctorg, he unfortunately positioned his mat right inbetween two pop ups in the middle of a rainy winter shoot, while wearing a short sleeve shirt.  I was worried he was going to get hypothermia he was shivering so much at the end but he toughed it out and made it!  I am personally looking forward to working with ctorg as future events and helping develop his instructor skills.  He not only has earned his standard Rifleman patch, he has also earned his KD and a WinterSeed patch!  He is a man who knows very well what they are about.
