Hello Appleseed. I am trying to get in touch with the event coordinator for the September 21 event at the home range. My son and I are coming to our second Appleseed event and would like to camp on site Friday and Saturday. Who should I be contacting to ensure the gate will be open?

Polonius and Santander are the shoot boss and the shoot boss in training for that event.  I think your best bet is to PM Polonius.
