Another great day of KD shooting at the Vets Shooting Center! For those who haven't shot High Power, the course of fire is much like our Appleseed KD AQT. The offhand is fired at 200 yards, the aiming black is only twelve inches. Sitting is at 200, with a twelve inch aiming black. Rapid prone is at 300 with an eighteen inch aiming black. Slow fire prone is at 600, with a thirty-six inch aiming black.

Across the Course(XTC) is excellent for sharpening rifle skills and is quite challenging, it also goes hand in hand with shooting KD AQT's. Six Riflemen, attended this practice match in anticipation of upcoming XTC matches and possible Appleseed KD. I can say all who attended shot well!

As usual, we invite anyone in the area, who wants to shoot some KD or even the reduced course with some old hand Appleseeders, give us a shout, we'll likely saddle up and meet you at the range!

Quinncannon, out.
