Ladies, it was suggested that Hollywood would like to host a ladyseed. During the discussion, it came up that we would not be able to get female instructors down so far to run the shoot. We have enough here in the state to do it, how many of you would be willing?
A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.

Timeframe?  My wife Ana (Forum: Aninha) is a Red hat, and will be here in March timeframe, so if it's after that, I think she'd like to help.
