KD at VETS Shooting center 3 December 2018

ArcEagle14 and I met at VETS for another round of KD practice with AR rifles, one chambered in the 6.5 Grendel. We engaged targets from 300 to 600 yards, it's true that the Grendel does quite well in wind. Looking forward to using it in a formal KD, possibly in 2019. After KD practice, we went over to the pistol steel target range and unlimbered our 1911's.....we thoroughly terrorized the KD rifle steel targets and the steel pistol targets!

As always, anyone in the area wanting to practice on the reduced course or KD and need a little help, we'll be glad to assist and even lend you a rifle if needed! We're there at least once a week.

By the way, we were at the range last week before the rain, good KD was shot then too!
