Appleseed Absence
« on: October 24, 2018, 11:22:19 AM »
Greetings friends,

Due to some family issues, I will be absent from Appleseed for the immediate future.  I'll post when I return.

It's been a good run, and I appreciate all the friends I've made on the Rifleman trail.  Take care all.

I'm sorry to hear this, as I just arrived in Idaho and was looking forward to meeting you.  I hope things work out for you, and that we are able to  meet someday.

Pat,

Unfortunately, life overtakes all of us some time.
You've stuck with us through 32 events as an instructor, 22 of them as shoot boss! We deeply appreciate your service to the program.

Take all the time you need. We look forward to your return.

The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision, one designed for those exceptionally rare circumstances where all other rights have failed -- where the government refuses to stand for reelection and silences those who protest; where courts have lost the courage to oppose, or can find no one to enforce their decrees*. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once.
