My apologies for not having gotten this out sooner. Life has been busy   :-[

Sep 15 and 16 saw the end of the 2018 season for Project Appleseed-Nebraska. Once again the Lincoln Izaak Walton League kindly welcomed us to their range.

We had a great group of attentive shooters who brought learning attitudes. This group, on average either picked up marksmanship quickly or already had above average skills. As a result we quality THREE NEW RIFLEMEN!!!

Joining were some veteran Appleseeders who also requalified.
And a new orange hat joined our ranks!!!

In addition to the immersion in the account of April 19, 1775 there was a lot of discussion amongst the participants of just how hard the choices our future countrymen (and women) made were. Real enthusiasm for the history in this group.

The shoot was safe, successful with respectable weather (it was bitter warmer than usual, but by no means upleasant).  We're hopefully we'll be back here again soon.
