Colorado Gun Shows
« on: January 22, 2009, 02:35:11 PM »
I've been gathering up Gun Show schedules for Colorado. Here are the majors. I don't have E.T.S. and maybe missed some more. But you have to start somewhere. The purpose of this post is to facillitate Appleseed Promotions at Gun Shows in Colorado. I'll try to keep this up to date. If you use it for some other purpose, like going to a Gun Show, confirm the date elsewhere. If we don't have a booth there, the info might not be up to date. If you see a mistake, please let me know.

Nice work Franktown Kid!  We should make this a sticky post to serve as a schedule reference, and then have individual posts for each show/Appleseed as they approach where event volunteers can be organized... otherwise this post may get swamped with discussions and coordinations for multiple shows - making it confusing and difficult to follow.

Just my $0.02.

ZH, I'll set it up as you describe.....after I learn how!

Meanwhile, everyone, we were on standby for a table and never got called, so, it's called off for this weekend. I'm gonna go to the show Satuday, and I'll set out some flyers on the public annoucements table. I'll also speak to the promoters and get a table for 21-22 March.

Good man, FK!  I'm out of town this weekend, so let us know what you find out about the March show.

Hello Colorado, there is also a gun show way out here on the East Plains at the end of March. I will hand out flyers at my table as well as put some in the Burlington guns shop. I think that if the April shoot is moved to Ben Lomand there might be a good success rate from the plainsmen.
*Looking forward to doing more for your organization and attending my first Appleseed next weekend!

I've heard it from a pretty good source that the April 19th event has moved to Ben Lomand....keep your eye on the schedule for the official change.

Yes, it has been moved. I need to get the new EIP posted and the change made.  It's not far from the other just better facilities.
