Glorious days in Kingman, Arizona.  The weather was mild, and 7 liberty-minded shooters from California and 3 from Las Vegas made the trip to windy Kingman to learn history and riflemanship.  One was a returning Appleseeder who brought five family members.  Whereas we were safe, had fun, and learned lots, nobody claimed the Rifleman patch, although one shooter scored 204 and 206.  Only two .22's were used - the rest being .223's and one .308 making this the noisiest Appleseed Central/Northern Arizona has seen since 2012.  The wind was mild (for Kingman), blowing at the line 5-15 mph.  In a graphic display of how difficult the AQT and the sighter squares are to shoot, after Appleseed, all of the shooters took turns at shooting a steel target the range had set up.  All had some difficulty with the Appleseed targets, yet they could all consistently ring the steel target.  The gong was about 13 MOA compared to the 4 MOA sighters.
