We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

The August shoot at the Kintyre range was a success, despite the fact that there was a major downpour Saturday morning...   We were able to stay in the host's house for the morning, and go over a lot of the instructional material and some of the history classroom style, while it rained 2" outside.  Saturday afternoon the rain let up, and we were able to make it to the range for the rest of the day, although it was a little bit windy.   :F

Sunday the weather was beautiful, and the students were great! Everybody stuck in through the end, and showed much improvement on the Redcoats.   We had one re-qualifying Rifleman, and several 1st time Appleseeders who were getting very close! We had good turnout, with 7 shooters most of the time, and sometimes 8 when one of our family was wanting to join in.

Thank you to Spanky71 for his help on the line, and to the Mrs. for the great caramel rolls she brought!

Pictures coming soon!
