We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Four shooters came to Harvard Sportsmen's Club on day blissfully free from the usual Massachusetts plagues. There were no floods, no dust devils, no stifling heat, or smothering humidity. Also no locusts and, most importantly, no ticks so abundant elsewhere this year.

What there was plenty of was determination, shooting, and learning. From course of fire to course of fire, groups shrank, scores went up, and by the end of the day, the shooters looked PROFESSIONAL! One shooter qualified, one requalified, and two left no doubt that if they choose to come back, a patch will not escape them. In the morning, the Readcoats looked mildly perturbed, but relieved. The afternoon Redcoats would have looked scared, except that too few of them escaped unscathed!

Thankfully for us, a friend of Appleseed stopped by, helped us score some targets, and took some pictures, as neither the Shoot Boss nor the IIT-who-became-a-Red Hat had time for the latter. I'll post'em as soon as I get'em!

Proof that a small shoot is just as awesome as a big one!   (Maybe more  :cool2:
