Hello All IA, IL, MN, WI Instructors,

I received a PM for IXOYE pasted below. Can sombody help out here?

Dubuque, IA May 6-7, 2017

The shoot for Dubuque, Iowa went from two shooters to seven overnight. Right now I'm the only instructor for this event. Not sure what the process is for sending out a bulletin for some help. I sent a PM message to my state coordinator but I'm not sure how often he checks his messages.

Just wondering how to go about sending out a notice to instructors in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. Dubuque is located right on the Wisconsin / Illinois border and there are a few instructors in southern Minnesota who are closer to me than the other instructors in Iowa.

I have room at my place to put someone up.
