More good news from the Northeast:

Today, Governor Paul LePage signed Maine's Constitutional Carry law. No longer will law abiding citizens need to apply to carry a concealed handgun on their person and people will be able to have a loaded handgun in their vehicle without a permit.

This does not change federal laws and you still can't carry in a post office, school or courthouse.

Let freedom ring? This is the same governor that proclaimed April to be "Patriot History and Heritage Month in the State of Maine." Last November we elected a Congressman Appleseeder, Rep. Bruce Poliquin.

Got this e-mail today from our neighbors in New Brunswick. They want to come to Maine for one of our shoots. They will be welcome. I do a weekly radio show on seven radio stations Friday mornings from 9 to 10 AM which is heard over much of New Brunswick.

"Hi, how are you.  A few Canadians were wondering if we would be able to attend this clinic http://appleseedinfo.org/search-states-location.php?locationid=551&id_event=3985.  We have been talking about trying to get into one for awhile, and I guess I've been deemed the guy to find out the info.  Would be likely four of us, and a friend from Vermont.   We all have passports, understand how to import our firearms into your country, couple of us are firearm safety instructors in New Brunswick and one is a host of slam fire radio (podcast), we all have our IPSC black badge and are safe, experienced shooters.

Looking forward to hearing back, we think your program is fantastic."
