PA Has a New Orange Hat - Red Coat Rival

Dear Appleseeders:

I am pleased to introduce  "Red Coat Rival" as PA's newest Orange Hat. Kevin is a very experienced shooter, introduced into shooting by his Dad at the age of 5; at age 10 starting shooting  Handgun, Rifle, Black Powder Pistol & Rifle on a regular basis; at age 11 went through Hunter Safety course and starting small game hunting (Black Powder Shotgun); at age 12-13 went through a NRA small bore rifle youth training course; during freshman year at Penn State participated in Army ROTC and joined the Ranger Club (also got extra range time);  after that started participating in the High Power Rifle DMC/CMP program;  he reloads ammunition for Rifle, Shotgun and Handgun, and sometimes even casts his own lead slugs for handgun. He makes it all look very easy and has a great wealth of knowledge. I am glad he "stepped up" with us and look forward to working the line with him in the future.
