Congratulations to kenjo for completing his third SBiT last weekend at the La Grande, Oregon event. Ken will make an excellent addition to the SB crew in the Northwest Region. I look forward to reading your IAARs - you are honest, thorough, and pay attention to detail.

Thanks to Shadowman, RL, Kimber Custom, Prescott, Earl, Theophilus and Nero for providing excellent role models for me to learn from in becoming a shoot boss. I'll try to maintain the high standards they have demonstrated in the northwest region. I am looking forward to also trekking to Alaska to learn from the northern contingent.
