I'm still waiting to hear back from them some details such as the actual size of the booth and the location.  A few thoughts...

Hardware: Backdrop / trusses and other equipment.  Brown has the backdrop and rubber matting stored at his place and is anxious to get rid of it.  Need to arrange for transport and storage.  Trusses will need to be borrowed if possible from a church or theater group or ____.
Staffing:  Need someone to coordinate, and then need lots of people to sign up.  -:) will be unavailable.  Can we use past shooters to volunteer, as our instructor line is so thin?
Printing:  Do we use the standard trifolds or can we get something special printed like at the NRA convention?  Can we get printing donated?  How did Indiana do it as far as funding?
Libertyseed:  Is there a venue at the horse park to hold a Libertyseed during the expo or after hours like at NRA Con?  Must be free.
BB Gun Line:  Can we borrow the inflatable range and bb guns from US Sportsmen's Alliance that we used at Cabelas?  Would we have anyone to staff it?
Media training:  We need a trained media person on site at all times.  Need to discuss with ThePoet.
Uniform dress code:  Will we have one?  If so, who pays for printing shirts?  Another ThePoet question?
Other:  I'm sure.

I can bang out trusses if I get specs?
Please tell me the booth is our baby after this and it can go somewhere else to live?

I can drag some people by force. I'm good for 2 or 3.
I can contact the show promoter or find out who the promoter is?

Well, the response from volunteer booth workers has been underwhelming to say the least.  The organizer sent me an email indicating that they are 20 booths away from a sold-out expo.  So there will be lots of attendees there and right now Skywalker and I will be the only ones in the booth for 1 1/2 days.  Luke and I will get it done, because that's what Riflemen do, but we sure would not turn away any help we could get.
