Rising Fawn May 16th One Day Homeschool Event AAR

With Liberty in our hearts we assembled on a cool morning to tell the story of April 19th and develop the marksmanship skills of those joining us.  It was an honor and a pleasure to have Mike, Susie, Amanda and Allie as well as Silvio and Isaiah make the two hour plus journey to spend the day with us.  The COF was originally developed anticipating a large amount of young "homeschoolers" so we planned to spend the event practicing the prone position and telling additional history normally told on day two of an Appleseed event.

Shortly after the morning Red Coat, we began drills designed to build new habits and break old ones.  Each person did a marvelous job absorbing the information!!!  After TWO squares the ole Shoot Boss decided it was time to hatch a new plan!!  These shooters were very teachable and they proved ready for more challenges.  With the worst of the groups measuring 6-8 MOA, we were brimming with confidence.

All of the changes made were done so seamlessly and we ended the day with high spirited remembrance of those that came before us!  Mission accomplished!!
