Folks,

if you live near central Florida, and you own an AR-15, there's a class you might be interested in taking.

John Froscher is running a two-day intensive AR Armorer's class at Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club.  This is an intensive class that teaches all the ins and outs of the AR-15 operation, repairs, modifications, etc.  Froscher is an excellent instructor and this class is designed to enable you to support rifles and keep the running and modified as necessary in an operation environment. The cost is $160 for club members, $180 for nonmembers.

For more information, visit the club website...

Full disclosure:  I am not teaching this class or affiliated with it, but I am the chief instructor at the club and have taken many of Froscher's classes, and taught many others with him.

The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision, one designed for those exceptionally rare circumstances where all other rights have failed -- where the government refuses to stand for reelection and silences those who protest; where courts have lost the courage to oppose, or can find no one to enforce their decrees. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once.
