Hogfamily hosts Home School LibertySeed April 11th
« on: March 24, 2014, 01:15:11 PM »
Because of the efforts of Mr. & Mrs. Hogfamily, I'm now scheduled to do a LibertySeed for their boys' Home School group.

If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. (James Madison)

"Young man, what we meant in going for those Redcoats was this: we always had governed ourselves and we always meant to. They didn't mean we should."

That it is an indispensable duty which we owe to God, our country, ourselves and posterity, by all lawful ways and means in our power to maintain, defend and preserve those civil and religious rights and liberties, for which many of our fathers fought, bled and died, and to hand them down entire to future generations.  Suffolk Resolves, September 9, 1774, attributed to Dr. Joseph Warren

Can you post any more details? I'd like to put this on the Appleseed Homeschoolers facebook page. (www.facebook.com/AppleseedHomeschoolers)

Thanks!

Is this open to other homeschoolers or just for that specific group? If the former, I'd want the location & registration link and anything else that makes it different from a regular Appleseed shoot so I could promote it. If the latter, I'll just hold off and post a link to the glowing reports I know will come out in the AAR. :)

Hogfamily here...

This  LibertySeed will be open to any and all home schoolers also to anyone else that would like to attend including parents.

We will be also providing information to Frontier Charter School about the event.

It will be at the First United Methodist Church located at 725 West 9th Ave, downtown Anchorage.

We will be starting at 1000 AM.

Parking can be a challenge around the church area so folks should try to get there a little early to find parking.

fisherdawg and / or I will post a more "formal" announcement at a later time.

Thanks all for your interest.

Bullet,
I don't think I want this listed as a Public LibertySeed on the L/S website.  That said I would like to promote as open to any home schoolers in the Anchorage, Alaska area just not the general public.  Please let me know if you need more than Hogfamily posted. We are in a church gym and could probably accomodate 100.
